EU ‘cookie’ directive
From 26 May 2011 a new European Union directive required us to gain the consent of our users to download cookies on to their machines.
There are various methods we could use to gain users consent. For example, we could use pop-ups; prompting users to tick a box to confirm they give permission for us to download cookies on their machine. Alternatively, we could use an online form that all users must complete before using the website.
Due to their important role of enhancing/enabling usability or site processes, disabling cookies may prevent users from using certain websites. Should you wish to disable cookies, however, you can find out how to by clicking here.
Continued use of this site implies that you are willing to accept our own cookies plus any third party provided cookies, and that should you disable cookies you accept that your user experience on this web site and its functionality may not provide a fully working or satisfactory experience.
